An increasing scarcity of raw materials and the enormous negative impact on the environment by humans is a growing global problem. Lindtbergh is therefore fully aware of its responsibility and does not intend to remain on the sidelines when it comes to sustainability.
Testcenter.
We are proud to be able to test our products in our own test center.

Frames, forks, pedals, wheels, brakes and other components are tested on 30 different machines. Up to 2,000 different parts are tested every year. Three engineers continuously monitor developments. Our goal is to meet the strictest quality requirements. Where necessary, we adjust our inspection requirements to meet these standards. The result is that we can rightly say "Engineered in Europe".
Wheel and spoke production.
Our bicycle wheels and spokes are manufactured with high-quality machines and equipment in wheel production.

The spokes are fitted in the own production department with a screw thread and a spoke angle suitable for the hub and rim that is selected. In addition to the “ standard ” spokes, the so-called “ butted ” spokes are also supplied. In short, a top quality product as an indispensable quality component for your wheel.
Pre-assembly and coating process.
Our pre-assembly allows us to keep our process efficient. All parts of the bicycle are coated.
Pre-assembly is an important part of production to have an efficient production process. Frames are straightened at individual workplaces, the steering wheel is pre-assembled and the forks are prepared for installation.

All parts of the bicycle are coordinated and equipped with matching colors and designs. In our own coating and decoration department, we only use high-quality powder coatings, which are applied in several layers. For a particularly long-lasting brilliant finish.

More than 100 employees are involved in the assembly of our bicycles every day. A new bicycle rolls off the production line every five and a half minutes, with up to 300 bicycles per day. In three factories we develop and produce eCity, eUrban and eTouring bicycles with the utmost care and attention.
