Anyone who chooses Lindtbergh chooses reliability and solidity. Because a Lindtbergh is manufactured to the highest manufacturing standards and using the best premium brand parts and components, Lindtbergh gives us the confidence to give all our customers [first owner only] a 3 year Platinum warranty.

 

What is covered by the Platinum guarantee

All Lindtbergh eBikes parts are covered by the Platinum warranty [wear parts excluded]*. This means that valuable parts such as electronics, batteries, color screens and drive systems are in principle replaced or repaired free of charge, provided that the first owner has treated the Lindtbergh with care. Every Lindtbergh customer can enjoy carefree anywhere in the Netherlands for 2 years, without unforeseen extra costs.

If you would like to make a claim under the Platinum guarantee, please contact our service department. You can send an e-mail to service@lindtbergh.com stating Platinum guarantee | Repair or replacement. We will send you a warranty request form. Whether you ultimately qualify for the Platinum warranty and free repair or replacement is at the discretion of Lindtbergh. If it has been determined that you are eligible for the Platinum warranty and before you wish to have the warranty repair or replacement carried out elsewhere, please contact our service department.
